OBJECTIVE

Leverage insights and user research to redesign the credit card benefits page. The overall design of the page needed to be refreshed based on user needs and preferences.

RESULTS

This redesign isn't all about growing the business, but delivering on a great experience. Through several rounds of research we were able to determine the value of each card benefit, the benefit hierarchy and groupings in a manner consistent with consumer expectations. The icing on the cake, is that I was able to deliver a design that help elevate the overall brand.
